What Is Voice Messaging?
Voice messaging lets you record and send a short audio message directly to a contact through the ReachUC application. It is a quick alternative to a phone call or text message when you want to communicate something verbally without starting a live conversation.
How to Send a Voice Message
- Open a conversation with the contact you want to message.
- Click the Voice Message icon in the message toolbar. Recording will begin immediately and a timer will appear showing how long you have been recording.
- Speak your message clearly into your microphone.
- When you are finished, click the green Send button to deliver the voice message to the contact.
- If you want to cancel the recording and start over, click the Stop or Cancel icon before sending.
