Making Calls
From the Wireless Handset
Dial the number and press the Send button, which is the green phone icon, to place the call.
From the Desk Phone
You can either dial the number and press the OK button, or pick up the handset first and then dial the number.
Intercom to Another Handset
From the Wireless Handset
Press the Up button and select the handset you want to reach from the list.
From the Desk Phone
Press Menu and then press 7 to access the intercom feature.
Transferring Calls
From the Wireless Handset
- Transfer to an outside number: Press Options, then Transfer, dial the number, and press Transfer to complete.
- Transfer to another DECT handset: Press Options, then Transfer, use the arrow keys to scroll to the desired handset, and press Transfer.
- Transfer to another extension: Press Options, then Transfer, dial the extension, and press Transfer.
From the Desk Phone
- Transfer to an outside number: Press Transfer, dial the number, and press Transfer to complete.
- Transfer to another DECT handset: Press Transfer, then Intercom, use the arrow keys to scroll to the desired handset, and press Transfer.
- Transfer to another extension: Press Options, then Transfer, dial the extension, and press Transfer.
Three-Way Conference
From the Wireless Handset
- Conference with an outside number: Press Options, then Conference, dial the number, and press Conf.
- Conference with another DECT handset: Press Options, then Conference, use the arrow keys to scroll to the desired handset, and press Conf.
- Conference with another extension: Press Options, then Conference, dial the extension, and press Conference.
From the Desk Phone
- Conference with an outside number: Press Conference, dial the number, and press Conference to complete.
- Conference with another DECT handset: Press Conference, then Intercom, use the arrow keys to scroll to the desired handset, and press Conference.
- Conference with another extension: Press Options, then Conference, dial the extension, and press Conference.
Putting Calls on Hold
Press the Hold button on the phone to place the active call on hold. Press Resume when you are ready to return to the call.
Accessing Voicemail
Dial 5001 or press the Mail button on the phone to access your voicemail.
