Sending an SMS Message
- Open the ReachUC application and navigate to the Contacts section.
- Find the contact you want to message and click on their name to open their contact details.
- Click the Send Message icon next to the contact’s name. This opens the message pane on the right side of the application.
- Type your message in the message text box at the bottom of the pane.
- Click the Send icon to deliver the message to the contact.
SMS functionality must be activated on your account before messages can be sent. If the Send Message icon is not available, contact support to confirm that SMS is enabled for your extension.
