Steps to Register or Reset Your Fax-Enabled Device
- Make sure the device is connected to the internet and that a phone cord is running from the device to the fax machine.
- Confirm that the fax number has been added to the device.
- Reset the device to trigger a fresh provisioning by following these steps:
- Unplug the device from its power source.
- Press and hold the reset pin.
- While still holding the reset pin, reconnect the power source.
- Continue holding the reset pin and wait for the lights to flash, then count an additional 20 to 30 seconds.
- Release the reset pin and wait 15 to 20 minutes for the device to come back online and complete provisioning.
- Test both inbound and outbound faxes to confirm the device is working correctly.
