1. How Do I Access My Voicemail?

Before you can access voicemail, you need to have an account set up with an email address registered as the recipient. If that has not been done yet, contact support to get a welcome email sent to you. The welcome email will allow you to set your PIN and get everything configured.

Once your account is set up, voicemail can be accessed in four ways:

  • By Email: If your email address has been registered as a voicemail recipient, new messages will be delivered directly to your inbox as audio file attachments.
  • By Portal: Log into the user portal to access and manage your voicemail from a browser. A guide on portal access is available in the support documentation.
  • By Desk Phone or SIP Phone: Voicemail can be accessed directly from your physical phone. A guide on working with voicemail via a SIP phone is available in the support documentation.
  • By Softphone: Once you have downloaded and installed the softphone application, voicemail access works the same way as on a physical SIP phone.

2. How Do I Set Up a Portal Account to Access Voicemail?

Portal account setup instructions are available in the support documentation. You will need the welcome email sent by support to complete the initial setup and set your voicemail PIN. Make sure to save your username and password after setup, as these are required each time you log in.

3. How Do I Access My Voicemail Remotely?

Voicemail can be accessed remotely using any of the following methods:

  • Browser: Log into the portal from any web browser and access your voicemail from there.
  • Softphone: The softphone app works over any internet connection and allows full voicemail access the same way a desk phone does.
  • Email: If your email is set up as a voicemail recipient, you can access messages from any device that has access to your email account.
