Before You Dial
Verify that your extension has been enabled for international dialing before attempting to place an international call. Contact support if you are unsure whether international dialing is enabled on your extension.
How to Dial an International Number
- Dial on-hook without lifting the handset or pressing the speaker button first.
- Dial in the format: 011 + country code + local number.
Example: To call a London number, dial 011 44 20 7499 9000. - Pick up the handset or press the speaker button to connect the call.
