Adding Contacts in ReachUC

How to Add a Contact

  1. Open the ReachUC desktop application and navigate to the Contacts section.
  2. Click the + (Add Contact) button. An add contact form will appear.
  3. Fill in the required details for the contact, including their name and extension or phone number.
  4. Click Save to store the contact.

Once saved, the contact will appear in your contacts list and can be called or messaged directly from the application. If you also want the contact to appear in your Quick Dial list, enable the BLF toggle on the contact and save your changes.
