Overview
The ReachUC application includes a built-in PBX portal view that lets you access your phone system account without opening a separate browser window. From within the application, you can view and manage your voicemail, SMS messages, faxes, contacts, and call reports all in one place.
How to Access the PBX Portal in ReachUC
- Open the ReachUC desktop application and log in to your account.
- From the main dialer screen, click the Open PBX Screen button. This is the button that opens the portal view directly within the application.
- The portal will load inside the application window, giving you access to all the same features available when logging in through a web browser.
This feature is useful for users who want to keep everything in a single window and avoid switching between the softphone and a browser tab throughout the day.
