Dialing a Number
There are two ways to enter a number in the ReachUC application before placing a call:
- Click the number entry field: Click the blank space above the dial pad buttons and type the number directly using your keyboard.
- Use the dial pad buttons: Hover over each number button and click to input digits one at a time.
Placing the Call
Once the number has been entered, click the Call button to place the call. The application will connect the call through your PBX extension.
