The Yealink T85W is an executive desk phone built around a large 5.5-inch color display (960 x 480) that tilts to the angle you prefer. Twelve physical line keys with dual-color LEDs show the status of coworkers and lines at a glance, and the phone supports up to 16 SIP accounts, so busy reception desks and managers can see and handle more calls without paging through menus.
Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 are built in, so the phone can sit anywhere in the office without an Ethernet cable and pair with wireless headsets or a mobile phone. When it is wired, two Gigabit Ethernet ports with PoE let one cable power the phone and pass the network through to a computer.
Call quality is a priority: HD voice, AI noise cancellation and Acoustic Shield reduce background noise for the person on the other end, and the 3W full-duplex speakerphone handles hands-free calls and small meetings.
