Supreme Call LLC User Privacy Policy

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Supreme Call (“Application”), created by Supreme Call, for web browsers and mobile devices. The Application serves as a business communication hub, combining all messaging and communications into a single unified platform. It provides access to voicemail, faxes, B2M (Business to Mobile) text messages, internal chats, and features a full-featured softphone with a live call viewer, offering additional controls to the user.

When you download and register the Application, we collect information you provide, including:

You can stop information collection by the Application by logging out and closing the web page on a desktop device or by uninstalling the Application from a mobile device. Standard uninstall processes are available through your mobile device’s operating system or the mobile application marketplace/network. To request opt-out, email us at support@supremecall.com.

Data Retention and Management

We retain User-Provided data as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically Collected information is retained for up to 24 months and may be stored in aggregate. If you wish to delete User-Provided Data provided via the Application, please contact us at support@supremecall.com. Note that some or all of the User-Provided Data may be necessary for the Application to function properly.
